Here we grow! Glassman Corporation is now accepting applications for a Construction Coordinator. This role is vital for maintaining project momentum from the initial bid through final closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Project & Backlog Management: Maintain the current work backlog, including awarded projects and pending proposals. You will track project statuses and ensure all documentation is properly entered.
- Setup of Projects. Includes managing cost codes, contract values, and budgets. You will also ensure data consistency when syncing information to software.
- Contract & Bond Administration: Review prime contracts and subcontracts for scope discrepancies, insurance requirements, and payment terms. You will coordinate the issuance and filing of performance and payment bonds for all projects.
- Procurement & Logistics: Ordering of equipment and major material packages. Responsibilities include verifying pricing, managing lead times, and coordinating delivery notifications with field teams.
- Support & Documentation: Assist with scope development and clarifications. You will maintain standardized templates for RFIs, change orders, and submittal logs, and complete all O&M manuals and warranty documents.
Required Skills & Collaboration
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and technology.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with Project Managers, the CFO, and Purchasing to ensure project accuracy.
- Excellent Communication: Written and verbal communication.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous review of contracts, scopes, submittals and all other related project documents.
- Excellent Time Management
- Information Management: Excellent data entry, filing, and documentation skills.
