Your Role:
As a Mobile Crisis Response Therapist, you'll be part of a dynamic team working collaboratively to embody our motto and provide immediate support to those in crisis. From conducting mobile crisis assessments to delivering crisis intervention services, your role will be instrumental in ensuring individuals feel supported and heard in their time of need. Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree with active Kansas BSRB license in a relevant field
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and significant functional impairment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to embody our motto of being present and supportive in every interaction.
Flexibility to work a schedule that prioritizes the needs of those in crisis, including after-hours and weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure we can be there for individuals wherever they may be.
