Job Description
The Claims Service Representative handles all areas of the claims process including data collection, claim submission and monitoring, document processing, claim and coverage counseling, account analysis, and various other tasks as required. Claims Representatives are responsible for working with insured’s, service providers, adjusters, internal staff, and any other pertinent party to a claim.
Seeking individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, proven customer service experience and computer experienced. Basic knowledge of automotive, construction, farming, and oilfield is a plus. College education preferred. We will provide licensing, additional education, training and advancement opportunities to the person with a proven work record.

Ability to obtain Kansas Insurance Agents License is necessary.
