Ever wish you could get paid to learn? Here is your chance! In partnership with the NCK Tech Hays campus CDL program, we would like to offer the right person an opportunity to learn how to get their Class A CDL while we pay that person a student wage.
Once licensed, you would operate as an over the road truck driver to deliver and help set up products our customers have ordered from us. Destinations vary but include anywhere in the continental United States. Our drivers enjoy a nice balance between OTR work and home time as our drivers are usually home weekly for their time off. When needed, you would haul sand and other materials locally for our concrete (ready mix) plant. When needed, you would drive a concrete truck locally.
This will be a competitive application process as this is the start of our program to "grow our own" local talent for our ever growing commercial driving departments. You must be able to obtain a DOT medical card. You must have solid work related references with a good work history. This work history must include a good attendance record at past employers. A good driving record is also a must. This is your chance to increase your skillset and build a great career with a great employer!
