Join our Corporate Compliance team to further your career in compliance! This position can be located in Garden City or Great Bend.

Our Corporate Compliance department is seeking an individual who wants to expand their knowledge and experience in compliance.

Summary:

Assist in coordinating and analyzing Sunflower’s internal compliance program by interfacing with subject matter experts of the Operations and Planning (O&P) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance program. Serve as a contact for Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) Regional Entity (RE) and oversee, coordinate, analyze, draft and submit comments for NERC reliability standards under development and perform Compliance Annual Reviews to determine and track ongoing compliance.

Top Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Pre-Law or a related field and three years’ experience in a critical thinking and analytical field such as accounting, insurance, utility operations, engineering, regulations, project management, office management or legal field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Transmission and Generation experience in an electric utility is preferred.
