Sunflower, a generation and transmission cooperative serving Kansans, is hiring a Marketing and Communications Supervisor in Hays, KS. Support the well-being of Sunflower and Member cooperatives by supervising advertising, marketing and digital media, the website, social media platforms, and graphics standards.
Opportunities:
- Supervise strategic communications and social marketing programming to protect and enhance the organization’s public image, visibility, and reputation
- Supervise and support the development and implementation of strong, progressive, and effective marketing and communications initiatives
- Supervise and support the development and implementation of employee communication strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or like programs with similar focuses and five years progressive communications and/or marketing experience in the electric utility industry and/or the areas of journalism, marketing, project management, and/or public relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
