Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Director of Clinical Programs (CCBHC)

Salary: $64,145 annually

What You’ll Do: 

As the Assistant Director of Clinical Programs, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Program Oversight: Assist in the management and direction of CCBHC clinical programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and streamline processes to enhance patient care.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Provide both administrative and clinical supervision to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Staff Development: Support the development of clinical staff and ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Innovation: Drive patient outcomes by implementing innovative care models and best practices.

Qualifications: 
  • Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Licensing: Kansas BSRB licensure in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Experience in community mental health or related fields, with prior supervisory and managerial experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide teams through change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Background in project management and a commitment to leveraging technology for efficiency and program success.
