Russell Regional Hospital is currently looking to add to our staff of Heroes. We have a position open for a Long Term Care (LTC) Director for our 23 bed facility, Main Street Manor. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in Nursing Management or Administration with demonstrated progressive, competent and professional nursing abilities and leadership.
The position is responsible for providing the necessary leadership, management and oversight to affect the delivery of contemporary, compassionate and professional nursing services to the residents of Russell Regional Hospital Main Street Manor in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations.
Russell Regional Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital. We have a 24 hour Emergency Department and also a 23 bed long-term care facility. In addition we provide the community with a Physicians Clinic and a Specialty Clinic.
