Building Maintenance Position Available for Office Facility
Maintenance person will be responsible for the care and upkeep of the Hadley Center building and grounds, as well as maintain and repair all equipment located in the facility. Position includes meeting customer satisfaction, completing work requests, renovation projects, and working with the maintenance team. Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical is preferred. Ideal candidate would have education or experience with commercial HVAC systems. Elevator experience is a plus.
