Position Summary:
The Mobile Center Manager will oversee the operations of the KANSASWORKS Mobile Workforce Center, ensuring the effective delivery of employment, reemployment, and employer services.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
· Manages the operation of the KANSASWORKS Mobile Workforce Center
· Schedules and operates the Mobile Workforce Center to offer a full array of employment, reemployment, and employer services to compliment services provided by local area staff
· Provides career guidance and counseling on resume and cover letter preparation, interviewing techniques, and other job search and retention skills.
· Maintains and continues to develop relationships with current employers utilizing Workforce services and programs.
· Ensures all equipment in the Mobile Workforce Center is functioning properly and coordinates storage for vehicle.
