What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical assistance for staff.
- Handle help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Document all work ticket activities in the management system.
- Travel onsite when necessary to resolve technical issues.
- Install and maintain hardware including PCs, printers, and other equipment.
- Ensure the security and protection of systems and ePHI.
- Conduct system maintenance, checks, and apply updates.
- Support IT projects and collaborate with the Information Systems Department.
- Manage and audit computer equipment inventory and software compliance.
- Troubleshoot and manage remote connections for Governing Board meetings.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all employees.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT helpdesk functions.
- Working knowledge of M365 and Zoom (SQL server experience a plus).
- Strong competency in using technology, including computers, printers, scanners, and phones.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, including understanding and applying technology processes and equipment.
