This position requires you to work in a retail setting in our Hutchinson, McPherson, and Lyons stores with an opportunity to earn over $60,000 annually!
We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:
Attain Company sales goals, reach store sales levels, and motivate retail staff to meet individual sales quotas
Promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
Supervise daily retail store operations, including hiring and training staff, maintaining store appearance, and ordering and maintaining inventory
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Build relationships through community engagement
Educate customers on wireless products, services, and promotions
Resolve product and service issues and determine customer needs and best solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Applied Business/Sales, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing/Merchandising, or the equivalent
Three to five years of professional business, customer service, wireless technology or retail sales experience, or equivalent work experience
Supervisory experience required
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
