The Supply Chain Coordinator I will provide purchasing and inventory support to the district offices to ensure proper equipment supply availability to our clients. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to provide optimal customer service and lead to future opportunities.
  • Resolve internal customer’s purchase order-related questions either via email or phone.  When applicable, minimum proficiency is responding to 75 emails per day.
  • Manage vendor POs and maintain order files.
  • Process Purchasing-related Approved Supplier listing requests and provide supplier-requested documentation. 
  • Create or modify Inventory Receipt requests.
  • All other duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in healthcare, supply chain, or related field preferred.
