NCK Tech is seeking applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Hays campus. Position is responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure timely and efficient office operations.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Two years of college-level course work in a related field is preferred
Two years’ experience in a position providing administrative support
Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Customer service skills
Scheduling, record-keeping, and online calendar skills
Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, administration, and visitors
