Jeff Pinkney CPA, Inc. is seeking a part-time or full-time office assistant/bookkeeper. This position entails general office duties and communication with clients.
Responsibilities
· Primary job duties would include but are not limited to scanning and copying documents
· Copying tax returns and notifying clients of completion of their tax returns
· Client correspondence
· Bookkeeping services
· General office tasks
Preferred Qualifications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (primarily Word and Excel)
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Accounting is preferred, but not required
· Professional office experience
