- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Inventory and manage client materials - Experience in office administration and quickbooks - Maintain samples, showroom, and warehouse appearance - communication and problem-solving abilities - Support the design team with documentation and ordering materials - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools - Assist in bookkeeping and bill paying - Able to operate a forklift and lift over 40 lbs is a bonus - Assist with social media and marketing initiatives (a plus!) - Flexible Part Time - 10 to 15 hours a week
