Seeking a Professional Administrative Assistant who can handle routine and advanced duties for the Agency and other professionals.
Ability to work with others to handle all receptionist responsibilities and assist with the Administrative needs of the agency. Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Manages voice mail messages, emails, fax transmission systems, directing messages and materials to the appropriate personal. Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment; maintains equipment and supplies, and appearance of the receptionists and related areas.
Desired skills, abilities and characteristics include ability to maintain confidentiality of information; effectivity communicate through oral and written means; ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease. Ability to demonstrate confidence and good judgement when interacting with others. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs is required. You need to be detail orientated as well.
