Come work in a positive, upbeat environment! We offer a business casual work environment and a full benefits package.  Sizewise has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Clerk.  In this role, you will:  

  • Spend your work day in the Accounts Receivable department within our Ellis, KS site
  • Work 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Collect on delinquent accounts
  • Establish payment arrangements
  • Bill shipped orders
  • Review and verify equipment purchase orders and other related documents
  • Issue W-9’s, invoices, credit applications and credit references
  • Complete accurate data entry
Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through with a large number of customer accounts
  • Both self-starting and collaborative abilities
  • Accounting, Accounts Receivable or other related experience is preferred
