JOB SUMMARIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
Personal Assistant: Teach skills and provide support to individuals served in their home and in the community. Shifts include all days of the week, morning, day, evening, or overnight hours. Prior personal or job related exposure to people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Maintenance Technician: Perform general maintenance of DSNWK properties to ensure an attractive and safe environment for staff and persons served. Five years experience with general maintenance preferred.
Early Childhood Special Educator: Assist in the planning, organizing and implementation of the early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities within the counties served by Kid-Link. Actively supervise and provide training and information to the Early Intervention Paraprofessional(s) using evidence based practices for quality services. Assess, evaluate and provide assistance in the development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) in meeting goals that are driven by the family outcomes desired. Education - Bachelors degree in Education with an endorsement of Early Childhood Handicapped or Early Childhood Unified, required. Certification as a Early Childhood Special Education Teacher required. Experience - One year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in an educational system, preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Store Employees: Come join our new downtown storefront! Hiring multiple part time employees to work in the Custom Creations Store! Positions will begin in October, daytime and weekend availability needed. Employees are needed to assist customers and set up displays on the floor. Previous retail experience preferred.
