Job Summary: KanEquip-Ellsworth has an opening for a full-time Parts Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers’ needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts.
Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments.
Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state holders, in person and remotely.
Requirements:
3 years retail parts counter sales and customer relationship skills, preferably ag-related
Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills and process minded
Eagerness to learn and grow
Acceptable Motor Vehicle status
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent is required
Ability to use standard multi-desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends
Able to perform physical work involving lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
